The first thing you need is hope.

At this point, what you need is hope and a belief that you will see the change you need to continue the relationship.
Most of the time, it's not that people don't want to change, it's that they don't know how. Therapy is not a last resort, it's actually the first step toward understanding yourselves, your partners and your path toward changing the behaviours that are interfering with the quality of your lives.
